I'm one of those people that can read only one book at a time :P...right now I'm working my way through A Tale of Two Cities, and I have a list a mile long to read before I graduate next year!!!! :)
Read "Evidence Not Seen" by Darlene Deibler Rose. She was a missionary during WWII, and was put in a Japanese prison camp. What a story! Get out a box of tissues and set aside a good chunk of time to read it. It's a stirring account. You won't be able to put it down, I promise :)
Right now I'm reading "Twelve Extraordinary Women," with my devotions. And for entertainment purposes I'm reading "The Hidden Hand," and "War Horse." Loving all three so far! :)

ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm usually that way too! I'm reading a chapter a day every morning with devotions though so I'm getting through all 3 slowly but surely. :)
DeleteRevival God's Way by Leonard Ravenhill
ReplyDeleteRight now, I'm reading the book Rees Howells, Intercessor by Norman Grubb. So far it's been a great book!

ReplyDeleteKatie :)
I've read that one, and listened to the audio of her telling her own story. No kidding about the tissues! Boy oh boy.
DeleteI have the audio version, too! I just love listening to her :)
